Personal Development Coach | Financial Strategist | Resilience Advocate

Welcome—I’m Ann Babiarz, and I help professionals and small business owners organize their finances, protect their future, and build lasting prosperity with confidence and clarity.

I know what it means to rebuild. I’m a survivor of ovarian cancer and multiple strokes, and I’ve walked the winding path from chaos to clarity more than once. My life experiences have shaped how I show up: with compassion, strategy, and a deep belief in your ability to rise.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial and personal development industries, I bring a unique combination of mindset coaching, financial systems, and real-world resilience to every client relationship. I’ve worked with powerhouse organizations like Brian Tracy International, Nightingale Conant, and Jack Canfield’s Training Group, and I continue to support high-achieving clients who are navigating growth, transitions, or the need for a full reset.

I’m proud to hold the following credentials:

  • PCC, International Coach Federation

  • CPC & ELI-MP, Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)

  • CEIC, Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach – Genos International

  • QuickBooks Pro Advisor (Advanced Level)

  • Former NASD Series 7, 63, 65 & 66 licensee

I created Pilot Fish Personal & Professional Development to help people like you take control of your financial life, overcome personal and professional setbacks, and thrive on your terms. Through my signature offer—Saturdays with Annie—alongside one-on-one coaching, courses, and digital tools, I empower clients to shift from surviving to thriving.

And when I’m not coaching or consulting, I’m writing—especially my tongue-in-cheek community satire, The Chianti Lane Chronicles, where HOA drama meets personal development in the most unexpected ways.

🔑 What I Believe:

✔️ Resilience is a muscle you can strengthen

✔️ Everyone deserves financial clarity

✔️ Legacy isn’t just what you leave—it’s how you live
